Healing gallery sessions – The gallery train takes you into the mountain, where you rest for about an hour. Radon is absorbed through the respiratory tract and skin, and is fully eliminated again after a few hours. Traditionally used as a complementary treatment for rheumatic conditions, ankylosing spondylitis, joint and back pain, respiratory diseases, psoriasis, and neurodermatitis. Many guests report reduced pain and effects that last for months.

Radon thermal bath sessions – Twenty minutes in warm, radon-rich Gastein thermal water: the radon works through skin and breath, while the warmth relaxes muscles and joints. The gentler form of the same power.

Thermal spa visits – Time to let it all settle in at the Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein and the Felsentherme Bad Gastein: thermal water, sauna, and mountain views.
