HOUSE RULES

- Night silence applies from 10 p.m. (TV and radio are generally set to room volume only)
- Guests who do not live in the house (visitors) are not allowed, unless it is previously agreed with Linda or Severin.
- Ski boots are not allowed in the whole house. Please deposit your skis and ski boots in our ski and ski boot room.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, smoking is allowed in the garden with closed doors (sanction 150 EUR)
- GARBAGE SEPARATION (150 EUR)
- To our apartment belongs parking place URSULA MARIA, please park only there and exactly between the drawn arrows on the house
- It is forbidden to use / dispose of disposable plates, cups and dishes (100 EUR)
- Please use the oven with baking paper and make sure that it is in clean condition (50 EUR)
- The deposit 300 EUR/CHF will be returned to you after the cleaning of the apartment.
