Location 

The apartment complex is located in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim: the thermal complex St. Kathrein is opposite the skilift Maibrunnbahn is 100m and the skilift Bachlift 250m from the apartment complex. This is also where the skibus stops. There is a bakery at 50m, supermarkets are at 1km (8 walking minutes). Restaurants and shops are in walking distance.  

 

Description 

The apartment complex was built in the 1970s. Due to the different owners of the apartments the renovation dates may differ. The complex consists of seven buildings with two floors each featuring a total of 20 apartments.
