The holiday home is located on the sunny side of the Paznaun Valley in the municipality of Kappl in the hamlet of Langesthei. The winter sports resorts of See, Kappl, Ischgl and Galtür can be reached by car in just a few minutes.

The holiday home has 5 bedrooms including sink, living room, kitchen, a common or breakfast room and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with an en-suite shower.
