Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: from 14:00

• Check-out: until 10:00

Breakfast

• Guests who have booked without breakfast may add it at any time on site.

• Please let us know preferably one day in advance.

• We serve a regional, homemade breakfast with products from our farm and local suppliers.

Payment & Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required by bank transfer at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid on arrival or 1–2 days before arrival via bank transfer.

• The local tourist tax is not included and must be paid separately on site.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation

• 7 to 1 day before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged

• On the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100%
  (Different conditions may apply for group reservations.)

Snow & Wintersports

• With sufficient natural snowfall, it is possible to ski out and back to the Galsterberg slope from the property.

Important Winter Information – Snow Chains & Access Road

• The last 2 km to the accommodation are a private mountain road.

• During heavy snowfall or icy road conditions, snow chains may be necessary unless you are travelling with a 4x4/All-wheel-drive vehicle.

• We recommend bringing snow chains, as weather conditions in high-altitude areas can change quickly.

Pets

• Pets are allowed on request (additional fee may apply).

Smoking

• Our entire house is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and must report them before departure.

• We do not accept liability for accidents, injuries or damages occurring on the property or on the access road.

• We strongly recommend that all guests take out appropriate travel and accident insurance before arrival.

Quiet & Safety

• Due to our location at 1,200 m, we kindly ask guests to respect the environment and maintain quiet hours.

• Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
