The house was built by our grandparents in 1950, and a few years later we already had rooms to rent.

For 30 years, granny took care of the house and granddad looked after the grounds.

Without advertising the availability of the rooms, we were able to attract visitors, mostly from Germany, who were looking for holiday accommodation in our mountains.

The facilities the 4 rooms had to offer then, was a wash basin in the room and a toilet on the corridor. Later we also added a shower.

With the demand for more facilities, and granny’s and granddad’s well deserved retirement, we, the young generation, faced the challenge of carrying out the renovations to the house.

Thus, in 2003, we turned 3 of the 4 rooms into 2, adding showers and toilets as necessary. One year later we added the apartment, and also equipped it with a shower and a toilet.

Looking after our visitors as best as we can is the motto of the entire Rupitsch family. We hope that you feel at home in our house.
