We offer a simple yet very functional Carinthian house with a living kitchen designed in a way that is rarely seen at this time, and an exceptionally spacious living room with an open fireplace, connected to the large south terrace by two wide terrace doors. On the upper floor, the bedrooms, which all have access to an 8m long balcony from the south-facing rooms, are bathed in sunlight almost all day long throughout the year. In particular, the large corner bedroom stands out due to its special brightness from sunrise to afternoon thanks to two windows facing east and south.

The house benefits from its south slope location at the foot of the Wolfsberg, with the terrace and balcony being the sunniest spots. In the afternoon, one can also find both shade and sun on the slope behind the house. For rental purposes, we have modified the house to preserve the architectural accents. However, the baths and the kitchen have been newly installed, and the flooring, wall colors, and tiles have been harmonized to integrate more modern, straight-line elements into the character of the house. We hope you feel as comfortable here as we did when we spent our summer holidays there.
