The Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge region is excellently connected to the international motorway network. Nearby motorway exits are: A10 Junction Spittal/Millstätter See, Spittal East, and Villach Ossiachersee. There are two free parking spaces available for our guests directly in front of the accommodation.

The bus stop "Unterkirchleitn" is only 240 m away, and the Nockmobil stop "NM 031" is about 250 m from our accommodation. Check-In: The check-in takes place via a key safe. The code will be sent by email on the day of arrival.

Check-Out: Check-out should be completed by 10 AM to allow enough time to prepare the holiday home for the next guests. Further details regarding departure will be discussed on-site.
