Welcome to the Appartementhaus DIANA!

Our family-friendly house is located in the historic center of Millstatt, in a quiet and sunny location – just a four-minute walk from the beach, which is free for our guests.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find shops, a bakery, restaurants, water sports facilities, tennis courts, as well as cycling and hiking trails.

Our house offers four comfortable holiday apartments and is the ideal starting point for activities by the lake and in the surrounding Nock Mountains due to its central location.

A large garden with a pavilion, grill, playground, trampoline, table tennis, and a spacious meadow invites you to relax and play. In addition, a 50 m² playroom with a billiard table, table football, darts, as well as many games and books for young and old is available.

A reserved carport directly in front of the house as well as a storage room or parking space for bicycles completes our offer.

A special highlight is our large covered balconies, where you can enjoy your meals in a unique atmosphere – overlooking the Millstatt Abbey, the impressive mountain landscape, and the lake.

Included in the price is the Millstättersee Inclusive Card, which offers numerous advantages: free use of all bathing beaches around the lake, the indoor pool in Spittal, toll roads, ferry rides, free use of the Carinthian S-Bahn, sports and children's programs, etc.
