On the sunny side, above the small city Radenthein lies the alpine village Kaning. At 1160 meters above sea level is the Adamhaus situated, which towers over the valley Gegendtal like an eagle's nest. The equipment is luxurious, the unique location allows a panoramic view of a special kind. The 400-year-old house has been renovated with great attention to detail and now offers space for up to 7 persons on 180 m².
Surrounded by the mountains "Nockberge" and the different Carinthian lakes, the Adamhaus is centrally located for numerous Carinthian attractions.
We - your host family Stinig - spend the summer together with the grazing livestock on the Veidlhütte, which is about 1.5 hours by a easy walk, away from the Adamhaus. Here we guard the cattle and we produce dairy products and cheese ourselves. At the Veidlütte there is also a good "Jause" for our visitors. Our guests have the possibility to drive to the Alm, to the Langalmtal (10 min.). The toll card for this we provide free of charge.
