Unique "Holiday in a Monument" - History Meets Modern Comfort

A new wooden house has been integrated into the existing stone walls of a historic outbuilding from the 18th century. As soon as you enter the house, you will be enveloped by the pleasant scent of natural materials, promising you a relaxing vacation.

The sunny, quiet location overlooking the Schladminger Tauern, combined with the stone façade and larch wood, offers you a unique ambiance.

The ambitious project, the "Renovation of the Old Pastor's Tenn," was initiated in 2025 by a small project group of the Catholic parish of Gröbming. The combination of historical elements with new architecture, considering sustainability, is demonstrated here: the valuable old wood from the Tenn has been partially reused in the roof structure and interior furnishings.

Choose from four newly built exquisite apartments, accommodating 4 to 8 people, named after the 4 bells of the Gröbming parish church (Maria, Josef, Barbara, and Benedikt). Enjoy your stay in the heart of Gröbming, in the center of the market community of Gröbming.
