On a hill in Aigen in the Ennstal, a freshly renovated, high-quality furnished apartment awaits you with a wide view over green meadows, Irdning, and the Ennstal. On 62 m², up to four people can find space to arrive, breathe, and enjoy.

A favorite spot is quickly found: the glazed loggia with its opening windows and direct view of the Grimming. Here, the first coffee in the morning tastes even better. Let your gaze wander over the landscape, immerse yourself in a good book, or simply enjoy the time together.

The separate bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed offers a cozy retreat. In the living room, there is a 140 cm wide sofa bed ready for two additional guests. A walk-in closet, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, as well as a bathroom with shower make your stay pleasantly uncomplicated. Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a washing machine complement the amenities. Underfloor heating and two additional infrared heating panels provide cozy warmth.

Outside the apartment, relaxation awaits: In the opposite building on the other side of the parking lot, you have access to a spacious communal indoor pool with sun loungers. Swim a few laps and then take time to relax.

Directly adjacent to the area are Schloss Pichlarn and its golf course - ideal for those who like to combine their vacation with a round of golf. In the summer months, the Schladming-Dachstein Card is also included and invites you to discover the region with its diverse excursion destinations.

Please note: The apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator. Free parking is available outside. Pets are not allowed.
