Our beautiful house is located at almost 1000 m with a fantastic view of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains. Nestled in the beautiful Carinthian mountains, our holiday apartments offer an optimal retreat.

The house "Seeblick und Mehr" is located entirely on the outskirts of "Jenseits von Matzelsdorf" in a no-traffic zone, so absolute peace and quietness is guaranteed.
All you hear is the diversity of bird life up here. Beyond... exciting, beautiful places can be reached in just a few minutes if your heart longs for the city, shopping trips or nightlife and restaurants.

That's what's special about beautiful Carinthia. Here you find mountains, water and nature in abundance.

Other countries such as Italy, Slovenia and Croatia can be reached in just a few hours.

A day trip to the Mediterranean See is easily possible here.

This beautiful landscape is attractive in every season and brings you closer to nature again.

Here your soul and spirit can find peace and escape from the often too hectic everyday life.

Especially for city dwellers who live away from nature and the rhythm of nature, it is very relaxing and happy to experience a little reconnection to the real and the original here.

(The Carinthians are also really nice, uncomplicated people, with an open heart for strangers and new things.)

Our 3 completely renovated and lovingly furnished one-room apartments are located in the annex next to our house; we share the main entrance.

Our house was originally the first guesthouse in town, so it has real lots of charm.

Our accommodations are self-catering accommodations so that your holiday experience is as independent as possible, without any specific times or obligations. If desired, we can offer a bread roll service and also provide a small "basic food supply" upon arrival. We have founded an association and a cooperation with regional farmers. We regularly supply ourselves with regional, purely organic, valuable products. There are various options for larger purchases, for example the town of Radenthein, which is just a few minutes' drive away.
In our sustainability project, you have the opportunity to pick up saved food almost every day for just a small donation. Parents also have the opportunity to make great bargains and save a lot of money from an almost inexhaustible pool of children's clothing/toys, sportswear and much more!We also offer many special features for children (and their parents) that make their vacation easier and, above all, can minimize luggage.We have a buggy, a back carrier, mud pants, lots of games and toys for all ages to borrow on site!

There is a large balcony directly at the apartment with a view of the lake and comfortable seating. Enjoying the warm evenings after an eventful day there and watching the sunset over the Goldeck is a fulfilling experience every day. In our large garden there is a beautiful lounge that can be used by our guests, as well as sun loungers. Our pool can also be used by arrangement. 
The region can be explored extensively on foot or by bike and impresses with its unique views and a variety of things to do.
The mountains and forest are right outside the door, the perfect starting point for hikes and tours large and small. You don't have to get in the car to be in nature. This is particularly advantageous for our guests with children and/or dogs.There are several alpine huts in the immediate vicinity, from where you have magnificent views that simply have to be experienced.
The “Kaiserschmarrn” there or the “Käsespätzle” are a must! You will never ever forget!
(Pichl Hut, Lammersdorfer Hut, Alexander Hut, Schwaiger Hut, all within a few kilometers. Some of them are also very easy to walk!) 

In just a few minutes by car you can reach:
Dellach with a beautiful beach; There is a super delicious fish snack there with always fresh fish and a fantastic view of the lake; 
Döbriach with several beaches, shops, restaurants, games and fun on the lake for young and old;Radenthein with the Granatium, which is worth seeing;
Millstatt, the next small town with a lot of flair;
Spittal in approx. 25 minutes;
Bad-Kleinkirchheim can also be reached in 20-25 minutes;
Villach in 30 minutes;
Klagenfurt in about 1 hour;
