The hotel is located in the centre of Soelden, not far away from the sports and leisure centre Freizeit Arena, in a distance of 5 walking minutes to the ski lift Giggijochbahn and the chair lift to Innerwald. The ski bus is only 100 meters away from the hotel.

The hotel was built in 1961 and last renovated in 2019. The hotel consists of one 4-storey building with 46 rooms in total, most of them with balcony.

The hotel is located in the very centre of Soelden near the Freizeit Arena with swimming pool and offers comfortable rooms. Good connection to the ski lift Giggijochbahn. Especially recommended for active skiers. Absolute highlights of the hotel are the new panorama sauna and the steak restaurant "Steak in the park".
