The hotel is calmly located 1km from the centre of the resort with the thermal complex St. Kathrein, some shops, restaurants and bars. The skilft Sonnwiesnbahn I is 500m from the hotel, the skibus stops at 230m.

The hotel was built in the 1980s and was completely renovated in 2022. Since then, it is soft-renovated regularly.

The hotel accommodates 25 on six floors in one building only.
