The hotel is located in a peaceful area 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, surrounded by the stunning mountains of the Zillertal Valley. The popular Penken (6km) and Ahorn (2km) ski areas are just a short drive away, and the nearest ski bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The resort is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities throughout the year with a cross country skiing piste right outside the door.

Ferienhof Oblasser is a charming, family-run farmhouse that blends authentic alpine hospitality with modern comforts. Situated in a serene location, it offers a perfect retreat for guests seeking a mix of nature, relaxation, and adventure. The farmhouse features spacious, well-appointed rooms and apartments, each offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

The house was built 300 years ago and the latest full-renovation took place in 2015.
