Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in from 3:00 PM (please let us know your approximate arrival time; arrivals after 6:00 PM must be announced by phone).
• Check-out: Rooms by 10:00 AM, apartments by 9:30 AM.

Parking

• 1 parking space per bedroom guaranteed from 2:00 PM.
• Cost: € 8/night/car (mandatory if arriving by car).
• No parking before 2:00 PM unless confirmed in advance.
• Indoor or outdoor parking – assigned based on availability (no reservation or selection possible).
• Late departure parking after 10:30 AM: € 30/day (subject to availability).

Ski passes

• Available at reception.
• Handling fee: € 5 per pass.
• Keycard deposit: € 5 cash (refunded upon return).

ℹ️ Important notes

• No discount for late arrival, early departure, or skipped breakfast.
• Full charge applies if fewer guests stay than booked.

Tourist tax

• € 4/person/night from age 15
