Already in the 1970s, our country house was a popular vacation destination for many guests from near and far. Back then, it was Wetti and Ernst Königsreiner who took care of the well-being of the vacationers. We want to continue this tradition and start with completely new rooms, a breakfast room, and a beautiful terrace. We look forward to many encounters with people who will surely feel comfortable with us.

Mountain pine scent, beautiful carpentry furniture, and loving colorful accents create a cozy atmosphere. Each of our rooms has been crafted for you by our son Daniel with great attention to detail and care. The showers and restrooms are bright and offer breathtaking mountain views in some cases. On the balcony, one can take in the wonderful surroundings, and the newly designed terrace on the ground floor is a small but fine oasis. Around our little property, children can let off steam - a beautiful orchard will make the hearts of nature lovers soar.

We are also passionate organic beekeepers and refine many products from our little friends. Our organic honey products from our own beekeeping are generously offered at the breakfast table. Next year, a small educational bee stand will find its place in our beautiful orchard for interested visitors.

We are located close to the Alpe Adria cycling path and the Alpe Adria trail. The bicycles of our guests are stored in a lockable ground-level room. In winter, this is our ski room - a boot dryer is also available for guests to use in summer and winter.

In winter, the cable car of the Goldeck ski area can be reached in just about 20 minutes. The unique Mölltal Glacier can be comfortably accessed with the ski bus from Obervellach (10 minutes by car). Of course, buses also depart from the bus stop, located about 500 meters away, directly to Kolbnitz.

Our community is embedded in an impressive mountain massif. This alpine high mountain region of the Hohe Tauern is a popular summer and winter paradise. This impressive mountain world is predestined for unforgettable hiking tours, and in winter, the hearts of skiers beat higher.

A beautiful landscape, deep green mixed forests, lush green meadows, and our beloved alpine river Möll invite you to an unforgettable vacation. Every season transforms our beautiful homeland and makes the hearts of nature lovers beat faster. No matter which sport - everyone will find something here. Whether it's short walks, long-distance hiking trails, climbing tours, horseback riding, skiing, cycling, or swimming - everything is possible with us.
