Landhaus Gritschacher

We are often asked how we found this venerable house. My answer to this is, "We didn't find the house, but looked for a stupid man and found us"!
When the desire for change grew in 2006, the plan was not yet complete to give up everything completely in Munich, but the actual idea was that we buy somewhere (Madeira, Styria) - Carinthia was not yet in our planning here - rebuild a small house and rent it to holiday guests. When researching the internet for suitable objects, we repeatedly came across the photo of the Gritschacher Inn. So at some point the decision was made to go to Carinthia, as you know, it costs nothing.
It was love at first sight. Until then we had no idea where our new home was, from that point on we knew it. But it should take a good 4 years until we were finally allowed to call the venerable house our own in 2010.
