Our mountain farm, the Irxnerhof, warmly welcomes you in Schladming, in the district of Mandling. Within a few minutes' drive, you will find yourself in the versatile ski and hiking area of Reiteralm, where winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy perfectly groomed slopes. Just a few kilometers away is the popular Enns Cycle Path and the entrance to the largest interconnected Nordic Walking area in the Alps.

During your holiday at the Irxner mountain farm in the green heart of Austria, in the Schladming-Dachstein region, you will stay in cozy holiday apartments and suites that have all been newly renovated in 2024 and are of very high standard.
The holiday apartments and suites all have a very large balcony where you can enjoy the view of nature and the mountain world in the Tauern mountain range every morning.

During your holiday, enjoy fresh products directly from our farm. Whether fresh chicken eggs for breakfast or at the salad buffet, or the meat from our cattle, we still cook ourselves! You can book your accommodation at the award-winning 4-flower mountain farm with or without meals, including half-board or breakfast, and taste the homemade products.

We also welcome your four-legged friends! The Irxnerhof is a dog-friendly mountain farm. We will give you tips on what you can do with your four-legged companion during your nature holiday on our holiday farm in Austria.

Your little ones will certainly not be bored with us either! At the forefront is the large children's playground with many animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, and sheep. Surrounded by calves, cats, sheep, and goats, you will feel at home and be introduced to the secrets of rural life.

Mountain lakes, waterfalls, and over 1,000 km of marked hiking trails in the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region will make every hiker's heart soar. Discover the Spielgelsee while hiking, where the magnificent Dachstein massif reflects in calm waters.

The ski mountain "Reiteralm" is located at the western entrance of the municipality of Schladming and offers the perfect first access to the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Circuit. With 123 km of pure skiing enjoyment and perfectly groomed slopes awaiting you, you will also experience the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region off the slopes with numerous winter activities such as tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snow tubing, winter hiking in the snowy mountain landscape, or a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride.
