The Koglbauer is located in a dreamlike setting at an altitude of 1036m, just about a 10-minute walk from the famous Hexenwasser. The drive from the village takes about 10 minutes, and the road from Söll can be considered an ideal warm-up route for mountain biking.
Our farm has been run with about 25 livestock for over 400 years and has been newly built in recent years. This allowed us to align the holiday apartments in their functionality and planning with the most modern concepts. We have made an effort to harmonize tradition and modernity.
In the midst of untouched nature, you will find your inner peace and tranquility, whether walking, hiking, climbing, or biking in summer, or skiing, ski touring, or snowboarding in winter, in Austria's largest contiguous ski area, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental.

Our farm has been operated as an organic farm for years and is also certified as such. In the area of agriculture, there is a great variety of different animals, and for those particularly interested and somewhat skilled, there is also an opportunity to assist in the barn and with hay work in the summer.
