Seat requests will be taken into account and confirmed as far as possible, but we reserve the right to reserve another equivalent seat.

We commit to keeping the ordered seats free until noon of the day following the designated arrival date. If the guest does not arrive by this time and no notification is received, this releases us from any further obligation.

A reservation only becomes binding when we have received the deposit within 14 days of our written confirmation. For multiple ordered seats, please send the deposit only under the name of the orderer.

We grant the renter the right to cancel the order without giving reasons up to 30 days before the start of the reservation. The renter bears the bank fees incurred for the return of the deposit.

A made reservation is binding for both parties. However, if the landlord or renter cannot fulfill their obligations due to events beyond their control, this releases them from any further obligations. In such a case, however, proof must be provided, and the disadvantaged party must be informed immediately.

The specified arrival and departure dates during the main season must be adhered to. If this is not possible, we ask for early notification. Delays in arrival or early departure without compelling reasons cannot be blamed on the site management. Camping fees are also due for the days not used as a result. The reservation begins at 12:00 noon and ends at 10:00 a.m.

As a deposit, it is best to make a Euro transfer for a pitch reservation of €50 to our account IBAN: AT65 1700 0001 6001 9832 at BKS Bank AG Spittal/Drau. Fees are borne by the client. In case of a late cancellation, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.

The present price list is subject to change and may contain errors. Its validity expires upon the coming into effect of a new price list.
