Built in 2017, the house combines traditional alpine charm with modern living comforts and is situated on a sunny plateau above Ellmau – just 10 minutes from the famous Bergdoktor practice.

Location & Surroundings

In winter, the ski bus (stop just 50 m away) takes you directly to the Ellmau – Wilder Kaiser/Brixental ski area in just five minutes. You can comfortably ski back right to your doorstep. In summer, the chalet is the perfect starting point for hikes, mountain tours, and excursions into Tyrolean nature.

Room Layout & Amenities

The chalet offers space for up to 10 people across three floors – ideal for families, friendly couples, or groups wanting to enjoy the Alps together.

Sleeping Areas:

• 1st Floor: Three stylish bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower bath and TV. In one of the rooms, a bathtub also invites you to relax.

• Ground Floor: A cozy four-bed room with two bunk beds, a desk, and access to the wellness area.

Bathrooms: A total of four modern bathrooms with shower/WC, plus a separate guest WC.

Wellness & Relaxation

On the ground floor, you will find a private wellness area with a Finnish and bio sauna, rain shower, relaxation bed, and TV – ideal for unwinding after an active day in the mountains.

Living, Cooking & Enjoying

On the top floor, the spacious, light-flooded living area opens up with a fully equipped designer kitchen, large dining table for up to 12 people, and a cozy seating area.
The surrounding balcony offers breathtaking views of the Wilder Kaiser – perfect for breakfast in the sun or an aperitif at sunset.
