The Appartements Bergland are located in a quiet, sunny location in St. Oswald near Bad Kleinkirchheim – just a few steps from the Biosphere Park Cable Car Brunnach. In summer, hiking and walking trails start right at the front door, in winter you can enjoy direct access to the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area.

Our spacious apartments for 2 to 6 people (32–70 m²) combine the freedom of a holiday apartment with the amenities of a family-run house. All apartments have a balcony or a terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette, and free Wi-Fi.

A special highlight for dog owners is our over 3,000 m² fenced dog run with dog pond – a paradise for four-legged friends. The gentle Nock Mountains also offer numerous hiking trails that are ideal for shared tours with your dog.

After an active holiday day, our Vital Oasis with pine sauna, herbal sauna, Roman steam bath, infrared cabin, and relaxation room invites you to relax.

In summer, our guests receive the Carinthia Card from the first night onwards and can use, among other things, the Biosphere Park Cable Car Brunnach for free. A daily bread roll service and, upon request, breakfast at the nearby Hotel Garni Berghof ensure a relaxed start to the day.
