The close distance to the lifts enables a carfree Star. Our Appartment Rosennock will be the starting point for many activities and excursions or for relaxing days with garden and a large sunny terrace. Dogs are family members and very welcome.

A private garage/parking slot is available and in the building for free.
A very good and family owned restaurant is in walking distance.

The distance to Bad Kleinkirchheim with two Supermarktes, a pharmacy and doctors,
a dentist and two thermal Barths is around 5km.

Our apartment is 5 minutes’ walk to the ski lifts, the ski slopes and to the ski school & Intersport RENT located.

In front of the house, is a bus stop to get to the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim (free ski bus in winter)
