The immediate proximity to the gondola lift, numerous cycling and hiking trails, the swimming lake (Ahornsee), and the Hexenwasser – Adventure World make it the ideal vacation destination in summer.
In winter, you will be thrilled by the direct location on the ski slope with a connection lift to the gondola lift, and there is also a direct entry to the cross-country skiing trail for all cross-country skiers. Ski school in the hotel!
HOSPITALITY WITH COMFORT AND ATMOSPHERE TO FEEL GOOD! Our comfortable 11 newly renovated apartments and our 4 cozy rooms, as well as our junior suite leave nothing to be desired. We offer all non-smoking rooms/apartments, equipped with shower/WC, balcony, internet-capable TV, safe, and hairdryer. For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a crib, changing pad, high chair, etc., free of charge. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Every day, we serve our rich breakfast buffet with regional, wholesome, organic, and of course homemade products from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. For enthusiastic mountaineers, we offer breakfast TO GO. A delicious snack with sausage, bacon and cheese, fresh fruit, and something sweet tastes especially good after a successful summit victory.

Since autumn 2025, our creative tenants invite you to enjoy authentic Tyrolean delicacies in the new A-la-carte restaurant "Die Drei" on the ground floor of our house.
From pink-roasted onion roast, deer stew, duck breast, and Wiener schnitzel to stuffed spinach dumplings, Schlipfkrapfen, or Zillertal dumplings... you will experience a culinary journey through Tyrol there.
