If you have any special requirements, please contact us within 48 hours of your booking. Adapted units/apartments are subject to availability.

The apartments are not cleaned daily. Additional cleanings are available for an additional charge.

Guests are required to present photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A security deposit of €100.00 is required upon arrival. This will be charged by credit card. It should be refunded within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

For Flexi-Rate reservations, a debit or credit card is required at the time of booking. Full payment for this reservation is due upon arrival at the resort. Payment is in the resort's local currency. Please note that your bank may charge you a transaction fee. Cancellations or changes to the reservation are possible until 4:00 PM local time, 7 days prior to the arrival date. If you cancel the reservation after this time or do not check in, 90% of the total reservation amount will be charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.

An additional charge applies for the use of certain resort facilities, including but not limited to on-site leisure facilities. Facilities vary from resort to resort; please refer to the resort information leaflet for further details.
