For Flexi Rate reservations a debit or credit card is required at the time of booking. Full payment for this reservation is due upon arrival at the resort. Payment will be taken in the local currency of the resort, please be aware that your bank may charge you a transaction fee. Cancellation or amendments of the reservation are permitted up until 16:00 local time, 7 days prior to the arrival date. If you cancel the reservation after this time or fail to check-in then 90% of the reservation stay total will be charged to the debit or credit card provided when booking. An additional charge is applicable for the use of certain resort facilities including, but not limited to the onsite leisure facilities.
