Location
The hotel is located in the upper part of Saalbach, directly at the slope (ski in/out) "Kohlmais" with panorama view onto Saalbach and the mountains. The skilift "Turmlift" is fast to reach. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

The hotel was newly built in 2018. The hotel accommodates 36 apartments on four floors in one building.
