Additional costs:

The electricity consumption (0.45 € / kWh, which may vary depending on the current electricity price) / when using the 11 kWh charging station for electric cars, wallbox: 0.50 €/kWh on total electricity consumption and the laundry package €15.00 / person / set, cleaning surcharge per pet €35.00.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €300.00 is to be paid to the property management!

This will be settled after your stay with the actual incurred consumption costs (electricity), cleaning surcharge for your pet, and booked laundry package. It also serves as security for damages. The remaining amount will, of course, be refunded.

A travel cot and high chair for children are available in the house.
