Nestled in a wonderfully quiet location, our spacious holiday apartments with a floor plan of 80-100 m² offer the perfect retreat to let your soul dangle - relax, enjoy nature, the view, and the silence !!

Special highlights:

• Dogs are very welcome here: Your four-legged friend is not only allowed to accompany you but can also join you at our private bathing beach on Lake Millstatt. An additional cleaning fee of € 45,- applies per stay. This amount may increase in case of heavy soiling.
• Millstätter See Inclusive Card: Enjoy free admission to the most beautiful bathing beaches, discounted entry to the bathing house Millstättersee as well as Drautal Perle - indoor pool with slide, as well as Thermal Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim, free rides on the mountain toll roads, discounted rides with the Nockmobil, free travel on the S-Bahn lines throughout Carinthia, and free entry to museums and much more!

Our Villa:

• Harmonious place of well-being: Our holiday apartments are intentionally Wi-Fi-free to provide a radiance-free and restful atmosphere. For necessary internet access, wired internet is available for your own laptop in the entrance area. Please note that Wi-Fi boosters and personal hotspots are not permitted to ensure the quality of relaxation for all guests.
• Facilities: Two apartments, with a fireplace or tiled stove as well as spacious sun terraces or balconies. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding Nock mountains and the peaks of the Hohe Tauern towards Großglockner, Austria's highest mountain.
• Amenities: Large property with table tennis, badminton, a small sandbox, and a swing, as well as a sunny meadow for relaxing
• Bread roll service available upon request
• 2 ponies and/or sheep on our large meadow below the house - watch and pet ....

Activities: Our idyllic location on the sunny plateau of Millstatt is the ideal starting point for numerous activities:

• Hiking in the Nock mountains or along the Via Paradiso.
• Exploring the Millstätter Alm on foot or by mountain bike.
• Leisurely bike tours around Lake Millstatt.
• Relaxing at your own private bathing beach on Lake Millstatt and your dog is welcome too!!
• Tennis court just around the corner

Additional benefits:

• Shopping opportunities at the farm around the corner, including a local museum and museum tavern.
• Guest washing machine available. Please bring your towels for the beach and your hiking shoes.
