Nestled in a dreamlike quiet location, our spacious vacation apartments with a floor plan of 80-100 m² offer the perfect retreat to let your soul dangle - relax, enjoy nature, the view, and the silence!!

Special highlights:

• Your dogs are warmly welcomed here: Your four-legged friends can not only accompany you but also come with you to our private bathing beach at Lake Millstätter See. A cleaning fee of € 45,- will be charged per stay. In case of heavy soiling, this amount may increase accordingly.
• Millstätter See Inclusive Card: Enjoy free admission to the most beautiful beaches, discounted entry to the bathing house Millstättersee, as well as Drautal Perle - indoor pool with slide, as well as the Thermal Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim, free rides on the mountain toll roads, discounted rides with the Nockmobil, free rides on the S-Bahn lines through Carinthia, free admission to museums, and much more!

Our villa:

• Harmonious place of well-being: Our vacation apartments are consciously Wi-Fi-free to provide a low-radiation and relaxing atmosphere. A wired internet connection for your own laptop is available in the entrance area. Please note that Wi-Fi extenders and personal hotspots are not allowed to ensure the quality of relaxation for all guests.
• Facilities: Two apartments, with fireplace or tiled stove, as well as spacious sun terraces or balconies. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding Nock mountains and the peaks of the Hohe Tauern towards Grossglockner, Austria's highest mountain.
• Amenities: Large property with table tennis, badminton, and a sunny meadow to relax
• Bread roll service available upon request
• 2 ponies and/or sheep on our large meadow below the house - observe and pet....

Activities: Our idyllic location at the sun plateau of Millstatt is the ideal starting point for numerous activities:

• Hiking in the Nock mountains or along the Via Paradiso.
• Explorations of the Millstätter Alm on foot or by mountain bike.
• Leisurely bike tours around Lake Millstätter See.
• Relaxation at your own private bathing beach at Lake Millstätter See, and your dog is allowed to come!!
• Tennis court just around the corner

Additional advantages:

• Shopping opportunities at the farm around the corner, including a local museum and museum café.
• Guest washing machine available. Please bring your towels for the beach and your hiking shoes.
