Location

The apartment house is in a calm position above the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim being 300m from the thermal complex St. Kathrein Therme and 500m from the supermarket. The next skilift Maibrunnbahn is 300m from the apartment complex. The skiing day might be started and ended just a few metres from the apartments (ski in/out).

Description

The apartment complex was built in 1975 and then enlarged in 2010. The large renovation works were done between 2015 and 2024. There are ongoing soft renovations. The complex accommodates 13 apartments on two floors in three buildings.

The skiing or hiking day starts and ends just in front of the door, the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim with supermarket, thermal complex and restaurants is in easy walking distance. Recommended for budget travellers and those who want to enjoy own food or a good meal in a close by restaurant.
