Perhaps you’d like to be picked up by a motorboat at your own dock and feel the wind in your hair while taking in the magnificent panorama of the mountains and the lake. Ride or stroll on one of the most beautiful cycling paths in Carinthia right at your doorstep. In the evening, you can unwind on the covered veranda after a lovely day. At Smileys Lake House, we offer vacation simply said “in the front row without barriers”!

Autumn time - Dream time - Hiking time!

The autumn offers many excursion opportunities and hiking paradises close to Smileys Lake House: National Park Hohe Tauern, Biosphere Park Nockberge, or the Maltatal (Valley of the plunging waters). From the relaxed slow trails by the lake to high tours in alpine terrain, everything the hiking heart desires can be found here.
Fishing is possible from the terrace, and you can prepare your fresh catch on the grill.
Cycling & mountain biking can be done directly from the lake house; we are happy to inform you about beautiful bike tours in the region.

ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN DESCRIPTION:

Arrival by car:
The Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge region is excellently connected to the international motorway network. Choose the motorway exit Seeboden at Millstätter See. After a few meters, take the first road, turn right after 300 meters, and after 500 meters, you will have reached your destination. (Signage available). There are free parking spaces available for our guests right in front of the accommodation.

Arrival by bus and train:

About 5 km from the lake house is the Spittal-Millstätter See train station. From here, the Bahnhof Shuttle Carinthia will take you directly to the accommodation.

On-site mobility:

Enjoy the freedom of leaving your car behind and comfortably exploring the region! Thanks to numerous mobility offers such as the Nockmobil, the Carinthian lines, the S-Bahn, rental bikes, the train shuttle, mountain railways, ski buses, and boat trips, you can effortlessly reach all the highlights of your vacation. The bus stop "Seeboden Moserhof" is only 1 km away, and the Nockmobil stop "NM 325 Seeboden – Boat Dock Bay" is conveniently reachable on foot from the lake house in just 200 meters. Thus, your vacation begins relaxed and flexible, right at your doorstep!

Arrival times: From 3:00 PM key handover and return at Smileys Children's Hotel in Trebesing or by arrangement

Departure times: Please vacate the cottage by 10:00 AM!

Cancellation: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
