starting from November 1, 2026, the local tax in Carinthia is € 4.50 per night. This amount now also includes a mobility contribution of € 0.90 per overnight stay.

• Free travel by train, bus, and shuttle and micro-public transport (plus "comfort surcharge") throughout Carinthia
• Valid during your entire stay, without regional borders
• Included are also ski, hiking, and biking buses as well as special tourist transport
• New lines and connections provide even more comfort and flexibility (e.g., connection to the Koralmbahn, additional circular buses, weekend connections)

For only 90 cents per night, you get the entire mobility of Carinthia (excluding call taxis) – a real plus for freedom, sustainability, and vacation quality.
