On the 1st floor two double bedrooms (one with balcony and TV) and a bathroom with shower. On the roof top floor a bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with double sofa bed, TV and balcony.

The chalet is located 50 m from the Sankt Kathrein spa and the ski bus stop, 350 m from the Maibrunn ski slope, reachable on foot with a short walk through the public park. Pizzeria, bar, pastry shop and bakery within walking distance. There are a small enclosed garden and a private parking area. Unlimited Internet, 3 TVs with Sat programs. Storage room for sport equipment (ski/snowboard/bikes).
