We attach great importance to comply with the night rest (10 pm to 7 am).

We do not allow visitors in our apartments.

Our services free of charge include:

• face towel, bath towel, tea cloth, dishwasher-tabs, coffee filters, lavatory paper and bed sheets
• changing of face towels, bath towels and tea cloths once a week
• parking space, wireless LAN
• daily breadservice - fresh bread brought to the apartment door

Cancellation conditions: Please send us a written cancellation .

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
Up to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 40% of the entire arrangement price.
Up to 8 days before arrival, 70% of the entire arrangement price will be charged.
In the last week we charge 90% of the entire arrangement price.
If you do not show up, we charge 100% of the entire arrangement price.
