After our renovation phase, during which we redesigned all the rooms and other areas of the hotel, we are pleased to welcome guests again. Are you looking for heartfelt hospitality, a family atmosphere, and a relaxed ambiance with many little comforts? At the Naturhotel Alpenrose, you will find a place to feel good, recharge your energy, and relax.

 

Above Lake Millstatt on a plateau, the Naturhotel Alpenrose welcomes its guests with a unique combination of tranquility and a connection to nature. Sustainability is not just a modern buzzword for us; we have been living by this principle for many years. Our new rooms are furnished with natural materials, and natural clay ceilings provide cozy warmth and pleasant coolness for a restful sleep. We avoid radiation sources in the rooms and offer a relaxed sleep without a TV and Wi-Fi, but with an impressive panoramic view of the lake and the gentle Nock Mountains.

 

Culinary delights await our guests with a lavish breakfast featuring regional organic products, fresh smoothies, bread, and egg dishes, as well as an evening four-course menu with fresh salads and herbs from our own garden. Our ¾ board also includes a lunchtime buffet with soup, salads, and cakes.

 

Our nature SPA with various saunas, a salt air room, a relaxation area, a heated outdoor swimming pool with thermal temperatures, and a panoramic sunbathing lawn in the garden is a retreat for body and soul. Our massage and cosmetics department has an extensive range of services. Additionally, we are one of the few hotels that offer exclusive treatments using the renowned Gertraud Gruber method and products. We are currently awarded with 2 lilies from Relax-Guide.

As a partner of the Millstätter See Inclusive Card, you also have many options for free or significantly discounted offers throughout the region, such as guided mountain bike tours. As a certified bed+bike SPORT establishment, cyclists and their equipment are warmly welcome here. Our bike box guarantees a secure parking space, and we have tools and repair knowledge ready; bikes can be washed and maintained. Tips for tours are provided personally by the owner.

 

On selected dates, we also offer various retreats focusing on yoga, mindfulness, and healthy living. You can find the dates and details on our website in the annual program.
