The hotel is in the centre of Mayrhofen, but still in a quiet location. The next skilift, the "Penkenbahn", is 800m from the hotel. The skibus, however, just stops in front of the hotel.

The hotel was built in 1959 and last renovated in 2011. The hotel accommodates 24 rooms on five floors in one building.
