Back in the 1970s, our country house was a popular vacation destination for many guests from near and far. Back then, it was Wetti and Ernst Königsreiner who took care of the physical well-being of the vacationers. We want to continue this tradition and start with completely new rooms, a breakfast room and a wonderful terrace. We look forward to many encounters with people who are sure to feel at home with us.

The scent of Swiss stone pine, beautiful carpentry furniture, lovely and colorful accents ensure a feel-good factor. Each of our rooms has been meticulously and carefully created for you by our son Daniel. The showers and toilets are bright and some offer breathtaking mountain views. On the balcony you can take in the wonderful surroundings and the newly designed terrace on the ground floor is a small but lovely oasis. Children can let off steam around our small property - a beautiful orchard makes the hearts of nature lovers beat faster. We are also passionate organic beekeepers and refine many products from our little friends. Our organic honey products from our own apiary are offered in abundance at the breakfast table. Next year, a small show apiary will be set up in our beautiful meadow orchard for anyone interested.

We are close to the Alpe Adria cycle path and the Alpe Adria Trail. Our guests' bicycles are stored in a cellar compartment.  

In winter, the gondola lift of the Goldeck ski area can be reached in just under 20 minutes. The unique Mölltal Glacier can be easily reached by ski bus from Obervellach (1o minutes by car). Of course, buses also leave from the bus stop in Kolbnitz, which is just 500 m away.

Our municipality is embedded in an imposing mountain massif. This alpine high mountain region of the Hohe Tauern is a popular summer and winter Eldorado. This impressive mountain world is predestined for unforgettable hiking tours and in winter, skiers' hearts beat faster.

A beautiful landscape, deep green mixed forests, lush green meadows and our beloved alpine mountain river Möll invite you to an unforgettable vacation. Our beautiful homeland changes with the seasons and makes the hearts of nature lovers beat faster. No matter what kind of sport - everyone will find something here. Whether short walks, long-distance hiking trails, climbing tours, horse riding, skiing, cycling or swimming - everything is possible here.
