Outdoor swimming poolOur spacious resort is located in the landscape protection area/Natura 2000 Millstätter See south shore and covers 25,000 m2. The unique location directly by the shore of Lake Millstätter adds an extra touch to our retreat! The resort is located opposite Millstatt – our boat shuttle is available all year round. We are happy to take you to Millstatt, Döbriach, or Seeboden. From May to November, the schedule of our ferries is in place and you can move around the lake easily with it. A vacation with us promises a break for the car as well!

Our chalets and lodges have been arranged like an arena, providing a view of the lakeside stage.
Our lodges were newly built in 2021 based on the principle of a tiny house. Equipped with great attention to detail - in the colors gray, white, anthracite, and local types of wood. Each lodge offers 36 cozy square meters and has been decorated on the themes Romance, Gold, Paradise, Tropical, and Water.
Our total of 19 chalets (ranging from 45 to 90 m²) were all renovated in the years 2023, 2024 & 2025 and furnished in the styles Country House, Alpine, Modern, Scandinavian, and Industrial. Each chalet is different, each chalet is unique! As a special feature, each chalet has a terrace.
Thus, nothing stands in the way of a relaxed family vacation by the lake, even with your four-legged friend.
