Arrival and Departure

Your Chalet or mobile home is ready for you from 3.00 pm., your pitch from 12.00 pm.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your chlaet or mobile home by 10.00 am., your pitch or campground by 11 am.
If you would like to extend the use of the booked service in our facility even longer, we kindly ask you to contact our reception team in good time. Please note that charges may apply for extended periods of use.

Please note that upon your arrival a transfer protocol must be signed at chalets and mobile homes.

Mobility and arrival

• Mobility

Flexibility and freedom of movement are among the most important things in order to enjoy your holiday. The Alpine Pearls municipality of Mallnitz, which will include us in the near future, want to honour this feeling in a special way, by enabling you to arrive without a car or by allowing you to leave your car on the site whilst still giving you the possibility to easily reach your desired excursion destinations. The town centre itself can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.

• Transfer to and from train station

Let us know when you are due to arrive / depart by train and we guarantee a free shuttle service to and from the train station.

• Hiking and ski bus

The hiking bus or, in winter, the ski bus are freely available for use and in addition you also have the opportunity to participate in organised hikes in summer and snowshoe walks in winter.

• E-Auto & E-Bike

Mallnitz offers the possibility of renting the electric car - by reservation and for a fee, as well as Sports Wolliger offers numerous e-bikes and mountain bikes, which are available for rental. A dedicated charging station is available for e-bikes or your e-car.

Arriving by mobile home, caravan, car or bike

Coming from Germany (Munich)

• via Salzburg - Autobahn (A10) – ‚ take exit at Bischofshofen  and travel towards Gasteinertal - Badgastein - Böckstein (here you take the car train which takes you into the mountain via the Tauern tunnel) - Mallnitz. • via Salzburg - Autobahn (A10) driving towards Villach - Tauern-Autobahntunnel (Tolls payable) – take the exit Lendorf (direction Mallnitz) which is the exit before Spittal – at Möllbrücke keep right towards Mölltal/Großglockner/Mallnitz - Obervellach - Mallnitz

• via Großglockner Hochalpenstraße (open from May to October) - Heiligenblut - Obervellach- Mallnitz

• via Kufstein - Wörgl - Kitzbühel - Felbertauerntunnel - Lienz - Obervellach - Mallnitz

Coming from Italy und Slovenia

• Udine - Tarvis - Villach - towards Spittal / Salzburg and Germany taking A10 Tauernautobahn – after driving past the exit Spittal take exit Lendorf (please note exit is on the left) toward Mallnitz – at Möllbrücke keep right towards Mölltal/Großglockner/Mallnitz - Obervellach - Mallnitz

 

• Laibach - Jesenice - Karawankentunnel - Villach – towards Spittal / Salzburg and Germany on A10 Tauernautobahn - after driving past exit Spittal take exit Lendorf (please note exit is on the left) toward Mallnitz – at Möllbrücke turn right towards Mölltal/Großglockner/Mallnitz - Obervellach - Mallnitz

Coming from Austria

• Vienna: Autobahn (A1) via St. Pölten and Linz – Salzburg (A10) Tauernautobahn towards Villach, take exit at Bischofshofen  and travel towards Gasteinertal - Badgastein - Böckstein (here you take the car train which takes you into the mountain via the Tauern tunnel) - Mallnitz. Arrival by train

Mallnitz is located directly on the north-south connection between Salzburg and Villach and is declared as an IC station, which means that every passenger train stops in Mallnitz. Arrival is possible from all directions (Vienna, Munich, Zurich Udine or Ljubljana).
