Quiet yet centrally located, our ground-floor apartment offers an ideal starting point for all sports and leisure activities in the Wilder Kaiser holiday region. Whether hiking, cycling, swimming, or taking leisurely walks through the beautiful nature.

The Hartkaiserbahn, where in summer you can find Ellmi's Magic World and in winter you can access the Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area, is only about 500m away. The stop for the free bathing and hiking bus "Kaiserjet" is just about 100m away.

Behind the house, there is a lovely forest path along the stream which offers quick refreshment in summer.

The town center, which is about 800m away and where you can find cozy restaurants, bars, and shopping options, is easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes.

You can leave your car in the free parking lot right in front of the house and theoretically spend your vacation without a car.

Enjoy the beautiful evening sun on the terrace with a glass of wine, or unwind from a successful day on the balcony with a view of the Wilder Kaiser.
