Enjoy the southern side of the Alps, our mild climate and the spacious garden and experience a true idyll for families, fishermen and nature lovers. Enjoy relaxing hours on our spacious sunbathing lawn as well as quality of life and hospitality with a view of the glistening lake. Enjoy direct access to the Brennsee lake with drinking water quality without having to leave the property.
Start your day with breakfast right by the lake while you enjoy the gentle waves of the water. Our own jetty and the steps into the lake invite you to take a refreshing dip in the cool water. Two stand-up paddle boards are available free of charge to slow down and take a deep breath.
Our bungalow offers space for up to five people and is ideal for families, fishermen and nature-active holidaymakers. Use it as a starting point for exciting hikes through the UNESCO Nockberge Biosphere Reserve or explore the beauty of Carinthia. Arrive, find peace and quiet, take a deep breath and treat yourself to some time for yourself.
There are numerous opportunities for rest and relaxation in the surrounding area. Visit one of the two thermal spas in the immediate vicinity or take part in one of the guided tours with the Krainer sports school and the biosphere park rangers.

Welcome to our house at the lake, which is a popular travel destination not only in summer. Even in autumm and especially in winter there is a lot to see and discover in the area. The Bad Kleinkirchheim Bergbahnen are located within a radius of just ten kilometers and are easy to reach.
Another popular excursion destination is the Turracher Höhe, where skiing, cross-country skiing or ice skatingare possible against a fantastic backdrop. We also highly recommend a visit to one of the countless Christmass and Advent markets in the surrounding area. Visit the markets in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Radenthein, Spittal an der Drau, Velden or Villach and let yourself be enveloped by the scent of fried chestnuts, mulled wine or sweet pre-christmas pastries. Marvel at the huts and stalls with their wonderful lighting.
You can also round off your visit to Carinthia with a day in the thermal baths and let your soul unwind. You can reach all of these destinations within just 45 minutes; the exact transport connections can be found on the website of the Bad Kleinkirchheim Tourism Association.
And if we`re lucky and the temperatures are right, you can even go ice skating on the lake where the house is located and enjoy a very special ambience right on your doorstep.
