Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment house in Bad Kleinkirchheim, a paradise for winter enthusiasts. Our holiday apartments proudly carry the coveted Carinthian quality seal and have been awarded the 3-star Edelweiß. Perfectly located on a sunny southern slope, our house is the ideal vacation spot for families and nature-active holidaymakers looking for a comfortable accommodation for 2 to 4 persons.

Our guests can look forward to a selection of 3 lovingly furnished holiday apartments.

Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen including a dishwasher, bed and table linen, modern color satellite TV, a room safe, radio, and a spacious balcony.

Our special bonus: We offer a free parking space directly in front of our house, including a charging station for e-cars at cost price.

Free internet access (Wi-Fi) is also available to our guests!

In the immediate vicinity, you will find renowned wellness and leisure facilities, including the family-friendly Therme St. Kathrein (only 400 m away) and the Thermal Römerbad (1 km). Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Kaiserburgbahn, Maibrunnbahn, and Sonnwiesenbahn. Hiking trails as starting points for wonderful winter walks are located around our holiday apartment house, as well as shuttle bus stops.

Come between January 6, 2026, and March 6, 2026, and benefit from our family-friendly promotion "€ 1 ski pass - parent-friendly". For every 6-day ski pass for an adult, there is a children’s ski pass for only € 1 per day - and this also applies to the Römerbad.

During our "SKI-WELLNESS-WEEKS" promotions, from January 6, 2026, to January 30, 2026, and from February 21, 2026, to March 6, 2026, you can visit the Thermal Römerbad additionally for free once with a 3-day ski pass, twice with a 4-day ski pass, and three times with a 6-day ski pass for 4 hours each time.

Our exclusive offer allows you to use your multi-day ski pass either for a ski day in the Bad Kleinkirchheim/St. Oswald ski area from 9 AM to 4 PM or for free entry to the Thermal Römerbad during opening hours.

As part of the "Ski & Thermal March Special / Sunny Skiing" from March 6, 2026, to April 6, 2026, ski passes are 30% off for 3 days or more. These ski passes include a combination ticket and include 1 freely selectable 4-hour entry to the Thermal Römerbad!

As an additional service, our guests who book through our homepage receive a free ski service with hand waxing of the skis and sharpening of the edges.
