Our with 3s Edelweiß and the Carinthian quality seal excellent holiday home in Bad Kleinkirchheim is in an central location to the spa and lifts and is ideal for families of 2 – 4 persons!

In the house our guests find 3 lovingly designed apartments for families with up to 10 people.

Our centrally situated house on a southern slope, right next to all entertainment and cure facilities, offers you apartments with a double room, a living room (convertible sofa, kitchen with dishwasher), a bathroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, radio, telephone and a big balcony. During the summer there is also a little "herb box"! A free parking place with a charging station for e-cars is in front of the house.

Near by the house are all SPAs and ski lifts.  The new SPA St. Kathrein is 400 m and the  SPA Thermal Römerbad is 1 km away. The Kaiserburgbahn, Maibrunnbahn, Sonnwiesenbahn, tennis courts and hiking trails as a starting point for hikes are located within one kilometer.

Stops for shuttle buses, which guests drive to the SPAs and lifts, are within 2 minutes.

The Carinthia Card and the Bad Kleinkirchheim Sonnenschein Card is available from the middle of April through to the end of October. They are the keys to many favorite attractions on as many days as you like.

For the entry in the new rebuilt SPA St. Kathrein our guests get a discount of at least 15 %. 

With the “the parent-friendly skipass for € 1,--” in the time from 5.1.2025 - 31.1.2025 and from 22.2.2025 - 8.3.2025 Kids cost next to nothing! Buy a 6-day adult Ski pass and you can get a kid´s Ski pass for just € 1,-- per day! PLUS your passes are also valid for the Römerbad so you can choose daily between exploring the ski slopes or relaxing in the Römerbad pools. 

Each Bad Kleinkirchheim multi-day ski ticket entitles selectively either to a day of skiing between 9 am and 4 pm in ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim / St. Oswald or to an entry in the Römerbad.

We are a member in the “March Special - Sunshinskiing"! In the time from 8.3.2025 – 6.4.2025 you get for a 3 day and more ski pass 30 % discount and 1 entry in the SPA Römerbad for free.

As a special service for our guest, you get one free ski service. We grind on your skis the edges and wax it also.
