For some time the family Kritzer manages the "Gasthof Perauer" in the village Lieserhofen with a wonderful view to the lake Millstätter See. The area around the house is a true nature-power room. It is enveloped by the surrounding mountains of the "Hohe Tauern", the soft hills of the "Nockberge" and the "Goldeck", which already belongs to the Gailtal Alps.
The cultural landscape of this environment is equally living, working and recreational place for humans and animals as well. The restaurant in the Perauer also makes use of the rich offer of this landscape. Products that are traditionally made and are allowed to grow and flourish in the area, are the main ingredients that come to the table in a culinary form.
