Arrival and departure

Your room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of arrival later than 6 p.m. we request that you to let us know. Please note that check-in is possible until 10 p.m. at the latest. Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Subject to availability we can offer free entry to our wellness facilities.

General cancellation policy

• Up to 14 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. 
• From 14 days up to 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total arrangement price will be charged.
• From 7 days before arrival or in case of earlier departure, a cancellation fee of 90 % of the total arrangement price will be charged.

Cancellation policy Christmas & New Year!s Eve:

• Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
• From 30 days up to 21 before arrival, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total arrangement price will be charged.
• From 21 days up to 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total arrangement price will be charged.
• From 14 days up to 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total arrangement price will be charged.
• From 7 days before arrival or in case of earlier departure, a cancellation fee of 90 % of the total arrangement price will be charged.

Dogs / Pets

Guests are welcome to bring their four-legged friends along! Rate per animal/night exclusive food: € 22. Please be aware that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, in the wellness area or in the meadow in front of the hotel. Owners will be charged in the event of damage or soiling caused by their pet.

Reservation confirmation

Reservations are only valid if we receive your written confirmation by e-mail as well as a payment of 30% of the total agreed price, or your credit card details (Mastercard, Diners, Visa) with expiration date to secure payment. Reservations without advance payment cannot be guaranteed.

Smoking

We would like to point out that smoking is prohibited in the Kirchheimerhof Hotels since 1 January 2009 (Austrian non-smoking law). We have placed ashtrays for you on the balconies and in front of the hotel entrance! The hotel will charge the guest in the event of damage.
