This completely new luxury chalet will be offered for the first time in the winter season 2016/17. It is situated in absolutely quiet and private location.

The chalet is build in log-cabin style and offers unique comfort with magnificent mountain-view in both summer and winter. Fireplace, Finnish sauna and outdoor-hot-pot are part of the unique special features. Here you are able to spend your holidays and relax from everyday life. At the same time you are right in the middle in one of the top outdoor-locations of Austria.

FEATURES:

The chalet with approx. 180m2 is build over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is large open area which is divided into a kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need: refrigerator, freezer, oven, nesspresso coffee machine, dishwasher as well as a “Wunderbar Cooler” as well as enough silverware for more than 10 people. A wine refrigerator with a selection of Austrian wines (at cost price) is also available. The large lovely eating place in a bay offers space for up to 10 people and the cosy seat group with Plasma TV offers an excellent opportunity to relax and unwind. The focus in the living area is the open fireplace. From here one has access to the large south terrace, which is furnished with high-quality outdoor furniture and deckchairs as well as a Weber gas grill. Also in this floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower as well as a separate WC.

Continuing up the staircase to the sleeping area which comprises: one double room with TV (Sat TV) and with access to the balcony, one further double room with TV (Sat TV), ensuite bathroom (shower and WC). In this room there is also an access to the balcony. The third bedroom has one single bed and one bunk bed and therefore it is suited as a children’s room. On this floor can be found a further bathroom with shower and WC.

The wellness area in this wonderful chalet is located in the basement of the house. Here you can enjoy an infusion in our combined sauna (Finnish sauna / infrared cabin) followed by recreation in our relaxing room with rain shower and WC. From there you can access to the covered wellness terrace with deckchairs and a further terrace with a hot tube.

LOCATION:

The luxury chalet offers direct access to the slopes of the vast 4-mountains ski circuit Hauser Kaibling-Planai-Hochwurzen-Reiteralm. The centre town of Schladming is 8 km away. A Ski hire shop, a ski school and a supermarket are located at a distance of 1,2 km. In Winter here you can skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing or going for long and beautiful walks. In Summer, right in front o our chalet start the hiking trail und for example it only takes an hour to drive to the beautiful City of Salzburg (for a day trip).
