STANDARD PRICE

Guarantee Conditions:

Your credit card is required as a guarantee for your booking. Please note that we reserve the right to verify the validity of your credit card after the booking.
If you do not possess a credit card, we offer you the option to pay via SEPA direct debit. In this case, the payment must be completed no later than 21 days before arrival.

Payment Conditions:

Book now & pay later.
The travel sum must be settled by credit card up to 4 days before arrival; for other payment methods, the sum must be settled no later than 21 days before arrival.

PREPAY & SAVE

A deposit of 100% is required upon booking to secure your reservation.

Resort guests are encouraged to pay a fully refundable deposit**** of €300.00 before arrival.

The deposit will be refunded in full after departure, provided that there were no damages caused by the guest in the apartment or in the public areas.

****The deposit requirement is waived if you have chosen a valid credit card as your payment method for your booking and have completed a "Strong Customer Authentication" (SCA), also known as two-factor authentication (2FA). General Cancellation Conditions

Unless stated otherwise in the respective rate description, the following applies;

• A free cancellation of your stay is possible up to 4 days before arrival.
• From 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show, unclaimed rooms, or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Our cancellation conditions refer to the rental or overnight price.
• Additional costs (e.g., final cleaning) will not be charged upon cancellation.
