Our apartment is located in the district of St. Oswald at an altitude of 1400m,
in close proximity to the ski lift Biosphärenpark Brunnach of the Bad Kleinkirchheim mountain railways (250 m). We are a Partner of the Bad Kleinkirchheim Bergbahnen and offer families EURO (when purchasing a 6-day adult ski pass, you will receive a 6-day ski pass for 1 child for EUR 1 per day).

Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linen, and towels are provided in the apartment.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts, ski slopes and ski school & Intersport RENT.
Right in front of the house, there is a bus stop allowing you to reach the town center of Bad Kleinkirchheim (free ski and spa bus).

Our apartment offers plenty of space with 3 bedrooms to spend a nice time together. The amenities include everything needed for a perfect vacation, from a cozy wood stove, a washing machine with an integrated dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, to a garage. Games, free Wi-Fi, and pine wood furniture complete the spacious apartment. Proximity to the lift facilities enables a car-free stay. The Rosennock apartment can be the starting point for many excursions and activities or for relaxing days with a garden and terrace. Dogs are part of the family and are welcome to join you during your stay in our apartment.

The Restaurant Sportalm is within walking distance.

The distance to Bad Kleinkirchheim, with two supermarkets, a pharmacy,
a general practitioner, a dentist, and two thermal baths (Thermal Römerbad & Therme St. Kathrein), is 5 km into the valley.

Pets are allowed. We have a meadow directly by our terrace, and there is a large dog meadow in the village.

Cleaning fee of EUR 120,- is to be paid on-site.
