Our sunny apartment (71 m²) is located in the district of St. Oswald at 1400 above sea level, 
directly at the cable car Biosphärenparkbahn Brunnach – the gateway to the UNESCO Biosphere Park hiking area.

Enjoy a beautiful view, quiet village idyll and a pleasant coolnes altitude flair, for your stay!

W-LAN, satellite TV, bed linen and towels are available in the apartment.

In summer the hiking trails directly past the apartment. In front of the house,
is a bus stop to get to the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim (fee-paying bus.) 
There is a lockable garage for your car in the building, there is no additional parking space in front of the house.

One excellent restaurant with a pizzeria are in walking distance.
The pretty little church of St. Oswald can be reached in a few minutes’ walk.

The distance to village Bad Kleinkirchheim with two supermarkets,
a pharmacy, a medical doctor, a dentist and two thermal spas (Thermal Römerbad & Therme St. Kathrein)
is to reach 5 km back the valley.

The sport active lake “Brennsee” and the beautiful mystical lake “Millstätter See” are just a short distance from Bad Kleinkirchheim. From Bad Kleinkirchheim, are NOCKBIKE tours covers our region! Also, the Flow Country Trail for young and old - a real challenge for bikers - promises a lot of fun!
