• 6 – 0 days before arrival 100% cancellation fee

The following cancellation conditions apply for arrivals from December 1 to March 15:

• Free cancellation up to 61 days before arrival
• 60 – 31 days before arrival 40% cancellation fee
• 30 – 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee
• 6 – 0 days before arrival 100% cancellation fee

Additional costs:

Final cleaning: € 150.00 per stay
Local tax: € 2.50 per person per night (from age 15)

Miscellaneous:

• The apartment is a non-smoking unit.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Please leave the apartment clean and tidy.

• Trash must be disposed of properly before departure, and the dishwasher should be emptied.

• Damage or missing items must be reported immediately. Unreported damages or excessive soiling may be charged after departure.
